In my role I over see 25 staff members to ensure that they keep to strict kfc brand standards I am in charge of stock ordering rota and deployment within the company I also order change and collect from the bank I also hire new staff members and train them up

Yes I have learnt and developed a wide range of new skills during my Time at kfc including how to manage a large team on shift and how to control labour and stock within kfc I also have learnt how to do a staff rota ensureing that the rite staff are on shift

What i enjoyed the most was how well the communication from my trainer was he helped me every step of the way which is very good when you need the training I couldn’t of asked for a better trainer his name was as lee he help and explains everything to me

The program I’m on Is very well structured and organised and if you dont now how to do something then my trainer would help me out all the time the way it’s structured make the programme very easy to work with so that has helped me no end

I have received so much support for my employer from day one they have helped and took the time out to help even when the shop is very busy and they have explains the process of it all to me in a way which they understand so yes very helpful

I have received lots of training from my training provider towards my qualifications so that helped me get to where I wanted to be in my goal for my achievement so all in all I got lots of help and support threw out my course yes very helpful top Marks

The training I have received has helped me in role better because it has given me the confidence to be a better manager and made me happier in my job because I now have the confidence that I needed so im now a better manager all thanks to the course

Unfortunately there isn’t any extra curricular activity at kfc due to the fact that 90 % of the staff we have are students and are really busy with there course work and we also have single parents that can only work so much due to child care issues so that is why

It is a good place to work and all the staff are very helpful during the shift and they all go that extra mile for the team which is good and what you need in a fast paced business that is as fast paced as kfc especially with the long hours that staff do

Go for it you won’t look back on it as you can climb up the ladder as much as u like and the managers will help u every step of the way too company to work for great career aspects great company in general good way to get a good job
