  • I help cleaning down the work-surfaces, prep the majority of items, clean the dishes, occasionally assist on starters, plate desserts, check stock and clean down the kitchen for the night.

  • I felt like I've increased my time management skills, as well as learned how to cope better under pressure.

  • I hate the high volume of theory work, but the practical side was a joy, especially when the kitchen team was communicating well.

  • It used to be very inconsistent just a few moths ago, but with a change of management and staff, it drastically improved.

  • I feel like I am always given the support when I need/request it.

  • They only assist me in the theory work, but I feel like they're trying their best.

  • it helps me to put other's thoughts into consideration better.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I only experienced 3 staff parties/events in the year I was there, thought apparently they were more common the year before.

  • Yes

  • It's a very stable organisation, which rarely changes.

  • Follow the company guidelines and all should be fine.
