  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Due to my office being one of the smaller ones in the company, there are few opportunities for sports teams however we have a social club which lets us book events for the team to go to such as casino nights or chocolate tasting sessions. There are also company gatherings during the year which allow people from different teams to meet up and network.

  • 9a. Would you recommend PwC to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I believe that it is a great place to work as it provides a path to a great job and provides many skills as well as paying generously for the grade I work at. Its also a great pathway for getting your accounting qualification as they pay for your exams and help with any studying for them.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PwC?
  • One tip would be to just be yourself, the team is the most important part of working here so being yourself in the interview will be a big help. Another tip is to work hard when you arrive because first impressions count and it will be very hard to change them.
