  • My role is that of a Team Member. I deal mainly in food preparation, food handling and customer service. I work mainly in the Front and Middle areas of the restaurant, focusing on getting customers to complete our survey and meeting upgrades and sales targets. I also mentor new starters and train them in the basics of the restaurant.

  • Learnt how to use a lot of Back of House systems that are usually reliant on a manager being around.

  • Great programme with excellent communication from provider.

  • Not as many at a franchise level but definitely is with KFC itself
