My role is that of a Team Member. I deal mainly in food preparation, food handling and customer service. I work mainly in the Front and Middle areas of the restaurant, focusing on getting customers to complete our survey and meeting upgrades and sales targets. I also mentor new starters and train them in the basics of the restaurant.
Learnt how to use a lot of Back of House systems that are usually reliant on a manager being around.
Great programme with excellent communication from provider.
Support received to complete tasks when coming close to deadlines or when pressed but not given as willingly as those developing internally.
Not as many at a franchise level but definitely is with KFC itself
