  • I was put in different sections of BIW and got to learn how they were used to manufacture the shell of the mini

  • Yes, I learn a lot about how the robot’s code worked and using tools in a workshop.

  • I enjoyed the programme a lot

  • I felt well looked after as all the employees were very nice and it was clear the company were good at handelinf work experience.

  • It was well organised, although sometimes I felt like a burden if there was other important work for my supervisor to be doing.

  • I received a lot of support and each supervisor taught me well about their area.

  • He was very nice and made it clear I could approach him with any problem I had

  • I didn’t get paid.

  • Because it taught me a lot of new skills and I learnt a lot. I meant many great people and I had a very good experience.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group?
  • To present and introduce yourself well, have a good sense of humour and be happy to watch and learn - don’t expect to be busy all the time.
