I am a shift leader and this involves leading people great customer service dealing with customers and complaints delegating tasks
Yes I have learned new stuff and would feel more confident dealing with conflict with the knowledge
I enjoy doing it and am learning new things all the time
I feel valued a lot by kfc as managers give recognition and it's great to hear ur doing a good job
