  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The 2 year programme is very structured and there are many different people available for me to talk to if I have any problems. The 'buddy' system that PwC use is in my opinion the most important as it provdes the new joiner with a person to ask any questions they may have and the 'buddy' is usually someone who is of a similar age and has simliar levels of experience.
