As a Creative my responsibilities include working under the direction of WBCP Fashion/Home Art Director creating apparel and accessories concepts to support the creative needs of key European Retailers and licensees.
All main platforms of the Adobe Suite I have learnt to a professional level along with the company providing training sessions on presentation skills etc.
The program is great as I am surrounded with professional designers and creatives who are very willing to help. Also I feel very valued in the team which makes the course even more enjoyable.
I am treated as part of the team and I am encouraged to share my ideas with the team and company.
The structure in the workplace is great however the course at college could be more structured and I would like It to include more practical sessions with teachers.
The training provider is there to help but you need to reach out otherwise the help isn't there but overall the support is great
I feel very supported by my employer and I feel confident that I can go up to anyone in my team and get supported in the direction I need. Its a great place for this!
The salary allows me rent and live in London.
