This involves integrating yourself with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, admin staff etc. In order to initiate the best possible care plan for patients. You will mainly see patients with respiratory or cardiac issues but may also very well encounter cancer patients and those who've had surgery to have hips or knees replaced. General it's very enjoyable but can be stressful when resources are not sufficient or your workload is too large. Either way you'll have to find a means to an end. Staff are also very friendly and supportive as a whole! It's a very positive working environment!
