    • The programme is well structured but with recent changes organisation has been slightly affected

    • On patch, your mentor and other engineers do support you well in your role. At the academy you are supported

    • British gas do support you in your training providing you with all the necessary kit

    • Starting salary is poor but eventually does become a sold wage
