I really enjoy my programme. I am only at the beginning but really enjoying it.

Its very organised through the learning platform BUD.

I get 1 study day a week and this is always supported.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support received is great. I have dyslexia and they have already given me additional learning support - this is something I have never had before.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am gaining further knowledge on areas my role may not have given me. Therefore, I can bring this new knowledge and understanding into my role.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, I am Co-Chair of the Emerging Talent Social Committee. I am also a Graduate Talent Manager.
