  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I don't. I find it very stressful with the amount of evidence the apprenticeship want's. As well as doing a full time job in a bank and learning all new things everyday i find the apprenticeship hard especially with the time they need us to put in. My branch isnt very big and trying to find time to do the apprenticeship at work is hard, if I am doing it at home it is also hard as I don't have Microsoft office and most of the answers of the first err work book require work access (only accessable at work). I had to go in to a room for about 2 and a half days to get the customer service book complete because the answers i was going were not detailed enough when the apprenticeship team didnt explaine there was a learning pack to go along side this book. If i had children at home this would be impossible to complete.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Not very. The first work book wasnt explained very well and that it had a learning pack with it to assist, this lead to me having to do the whole workbook again because the teachers had explained properly. Also they asked on the 2nd meeting for a workbook that had never been emailed to.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Not much. I sent over my GCSE certificates and they have only just come back to me 2 months after i sent them saying that they are provisional and they cant be accepted. They now want details of where i lived 10 years ago and what school i went to their address etc. I dont have time for this doing aswell as doing a full time banking job.
