  • My current role is a call consultant. On day to day basis I deal with Retirement accounts and Savings and investments for the clients, 3rd parties and Financial advisers, helping them to process what they want to do with their products.

  • I started working for Lloyds 7 months ago. Before that date I didn't know anything about banking sector. All of the skills apart from customer service skills are developed here.

  • I enjoy it very much. It helps me to understand client needs.

  • I feel valued by my employer.

  • It's well organised. I have meetings with my tutor on regular basis
