  • Role involes a three month placement each year, in which you are assigned to PwC clients and as part of a team complete their audit work.

  • Developed a whole host of skills, most importantly professional skills on placement which can only be gained throuh experience.

  • I've really enjoyed it!

  • 4. How valued do you feel by PwC?
  • On placement you feel very valued as feedback is gained from each client. At university you feel valued through recognition events.

  • It is very well structured, although having more exams prior to placement may help you feel more equipped.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Any quieries I have had have been dealt with efficently.

  • On placement I have a 'buddy' which is an older flying start in the office and a people manager so feel very supported. T

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I am living at home so have no living costs, travel and daily costs are relatively low so the salary package has left me with more htan enough money to go travelling in summer!

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Yes within the flying start programme there are numerous social events and once you start placement you are invited to all company events/ socials just like a full time worker! A whole host of social events has been arranged from drinks to themeparks to go karting.

  • Yes

  • The programme is the perfect fast track career which allows you to gain a whole host of experience at the company's bussiest season so you gain the most rewarding experience.

  • Be confident and do your research!
