  • I felt valued as i felt welcomed and i could see alot of effort was put into our programme especially at the london offices. For example the web x Presentations and how each insight employee was given an email and laptop for the week.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme was very structured in the London offices but not so much in the regional offices . I didn't feel like i could approach the person i was shadowing or my buddy if i had a query about the work as i felt i was disrupting the work they had to get on with as well. Students also depending on the office gained a wider range of experiences from client meetings to being off sight on a projects.
