  • It Ranges! I've performed roles from 3rd line support, to patch and fix development, to configuration management. and a whole variety of secondary roles such as Metrics & Analytics, and Quality Assurence, ensures there is never a dull moment!

  • Yes, It feels likei have completely reinvented myself since joining the programme over 2 years ago

  • 100%! Any colleague i can find wearing an IBM badge, i can feel confident that they will give me the time of day if i need something, and that they will be present towards me!

  • From my first week i felt like i was valued by my colleagues, and could give value back to IBM as an entity

  • Previously Parviz, and Currently Jez Brookes, does a fantastic job of running the programme flawlessly!

  • I feel as though any support i need is provided through my PDM and any colleague or buddy i may wish to ask

  • COMPLETELY! I could not wish for anything more at such a young age!

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • C'mon! Iits IBM! Anybody remotely interested in the world of technology knows IBM, and imagine having that name on your CV! If that is not value enough, i am treated equal to every other employee including those with degrees, and i am provided with numerous training courses and certification opportunities


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
  • Read the "7 Competencies" - This is pretty much the criteria they view CV's against and Mark you against for the whole assessment center. Know the competencies, prove your competencies, and you will be fine
