    • My role involves working within the IBM zSystems Mainframe Sales team. Within this role i help organise client events, i shadow client sales end to end processes and i am involved in the relationship between the business partners and the team.

    • Yes, before starting i had little to no technical knowledge. Since working in this role i am now able to code python to a basic level, i have an indepth understanding of mainframe technology and other areas such as LinuxOne, Cloud, AI and Data

    • I really enjoy it

    • It has a great structure and routine

    • I receive a lot of support and encouragement from my employer especially when it comes to expanding my skillset, growing my confidence and developing my professional skills.

    • A lot of support especially if we need extra study days

    • I would say somewhat as the technical skills are great but not always specific enough to be completely relevant to my current role

    • Yes absolutely, there's a variety of society's a great early professional community and it really emphasises the creation of friendships and networking
