  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The 2 week induction was a worth while experience as it allowed us to settle into the company before going to our placement. The apprenticeship programme is well organised and I know where I will be going for the next 9 months of rotations. I believe the 12 week reviews with my apprentice manager keeps me up to date on everything that is going on.
