Compliance & Risk Analyst Level 3 Apprenticeship
Compliance & Risk Analyst Level 3 Apprenticeship
Join our AQA Early Careers Scheme as an Apprentice Compliance & Risk Analyst and ensure integrity throughout our business. AQA operates in a high-stakes regulated environment. In a typical year more than 1 million students take AQA qualifications (across over 900 different GCSE and A-level exams), resulting in over 10+ million exam papers that must be marked accurately and on time to enable the delivery of exam results. The Compliance and Assurance team works to support AQA to deliver in compliance with regulatory requirements, to effectively manage risk and to continually improve quality.
You’ll study towards a level 3 Compliance & Risk Officer apprenticeship and gain experience across a range of disciplines including internal audit, risk management, and quality assurance. By the end of the programme, you’ll have the knowledge and experience to work in a high-risk regulatory environment.
Working in our Compliance & Assurance team, you’ll take ownership of a variety of projects, producing deliverables for AQA management to shape how our business operates. During this programme, you’ll be responsible for analysing qualitative and quantitative data, providing management insight and producing reports in different formats, helping to guide our decision making.
You could also be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of multi-discipline initiatives, working with teams across our business
- Drafting policy and procedural documents, guided by your own research and analysis
- Ensuring that AQA materials are delivered in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Establishing effective relationships with internal stakeholders and representing the team in AQA forums
