Looking to apply for the EY Business Apprenticeship? The Business Academy is a great way to work out whether the EY Business Apprenticeship is right for you. Not only will this put you in good stead for a place on the apprenticeship in 2021, but it’ll help you build vital skills for the future of your career.

Gain on-the-job experience that will help you decide if you’d prefer your career to start with an apprenticeship – rather than at uni. Contribute to real client projects. And learn from our apprentices, while discovering what it’s like to work with some of the world’s largest businesses. This is your chance to give your career a real flying start.

What is the Business Academy at EY?

It’s our way of helping you decide how you want to start your career. You might not be sure about going to uni, but if you’re equally unsure if jumping into the world of work is right for you, join us for a week to help you make your decision. By spending time in our teams, you’ll discover what we do and have lots of opportunities to speak to our current apprentices about their decisions and experiences so far.

What will you be doing?

You’ll support our team on real client work, learning alongside our apprentices and specialist teams. You’ll also see what it’s like to work with some of the world’s largest organisations, while picking up new skills through tailored training sessions across the week. Best of all, you’ll be given a head start developing the business skills you’ll need if you decide an apprenticeship is right for you – communication, teamwork and integrity being just a few of these.

Ready to network with experts who can propel your career into the future? To set yourself on a path of progression that will take you straight from the classroom to real hands-on work? Your time is now.

Entry requirements

We operate an open access policy, meaning we don’t screen out applications on your academic performance alone. You must however be in Year 12/5th year, completing three A levels/Five Highers (or equivalent) and have a minimum of grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths. You must also live within a 1 hour commuting distance of the office location you apply to.

Project You. It’s yours to build.
