Wealth Management Technology: 1) Team Role: Access Control & Infrastructure. Data reconciliations on a monthly basis; previously manual now automated. 2) Agile Role: - SFTP feed creations for wealth management clients specifically FIM clients + other clients who can use SFTP feed products like family offices. Liaise with clients, CAs, business and IT to create the feeds in efficient ways for releases. - Creating IT Support model; documentation of key/core IT processes.

Quarterly check in (meetings) between apprentice team and all apprentices. Can feel free to raise queries to apprentice team/hr/individuals.
We can get study leave for exams at manager discretion. Anyone struggling can raise to manager/apprentice team to see how/where they can get support.
