I build the processes that pulls the data in this system into our databases and prepare it for analytical or operational uses. I am also responsible for building reporting from this data and sharing it with the business.

Learnt about different types of data and sources and how to structure projects effectively.

It is making me question what I am doing more and think about data that I am using and how I can use it better.

As previously said it helps me to think about the data structure more and how I can plan projects and use the data in the best way.

I have worked here for several years and been given many opportunities to progress my career and learn new skills. They are very supportive of me and are willing to invest in their employees.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility?

It is such a good company to work for, there is lots of opportunity to move around the business in different roles and learn new skills. They really look after their employees.
