    • As a BA, my typical role is to change an existing process into a desired future state. This is done by collaborating with inernal/external stakeholders and using various documentation tools.

    • Yes - I've learned the importance of being a BA, and also how to truly document BMPN Graphs on Visio.

    • A lot considering they opted this programme for me.

    • Too early to judge as I'm only 2 months into the programme.
