  • In my everyday role I fabricate pipes so they are ready to be fitted and then I fit them.

  • I would say I have learnt a lot of new skills that I didn’t have before I came into the business

  • I enjoy doing my programme when I am in the workshop however I less enjoy the classroom side of it

  • I would say it is decently organised however there is some parts of it that haven’t been organised in the past

  • If you needed support from your employer then they would definitely give you what you needed

  • I would say you recieve a decent amount of support however they could do a little bit more to focus on you

  • I know a lot of people who work here including my self and it is a good place to be working as if you behave and do what your meant to do it’s a job for life

  • I would say just be professional at all times as Bae is a professional company
