Managing a group of Quality professionals, ensuring standard work is complete whilst providing support for customers, operational teams and suppliers.

Certainly so, i have learnt so many new skills, all have which have enabled me to work with my team and ensure that together we are able to achieve the goals and objectives set out by the organisation

they say every day is a learning day, undertaking the apprenticeship certain was true, it was great to learn new skills and expand my knowledge.

IT was extremely well structured, i completed my apprenticeship on time, this was thanks to the structure from PETA and my Lead Learning and development coach.

All that i needed, and during my End Point Assessment i was given fixed block of time to ensure that i was prepared for my EPA

MY training provider was brilliant, i received all the information, encouragement and resource required to complete my appreniceship

I always new that it would greatly help me, although Eaton is a well established company/Organisation, i feel that learning from experts from a industry who have had knowledge in many different professions was always going to benefit me even more.
