    • I've developed skills in using AI, project management, leadership, time management and presentation to name a few

    • I enjoy how my program can be flexible. It teaches me all I need to know to become a fully qualified accountant

    • The study is flexible so I can take exams when I choose. My talent coach keeps me on target to acheive / pass my exams in a certain time period

    • My employer supports me a great deal, providing me with the time off and supporting me where and when it is needed

    • Training provider listens to all feedback given to them. You can raise concerns with them and they will help resolve these

    • My qualification is needed to advance in my chosen career path. It helps me learn about what the finance function does as a whole

    • I volunteer at careers fairs and also work closely with the local council. My employer supports and encourages this
