  • Supervisor of 4 team in hire monitoring, we deal with credit hire non fault vehicles, managing the customer from hire start to end and i run 4 teams doing this and manage 4 managers.

  • Not much from employer on whole, may direct manager is as supportive as can be with little understanding of the nvq.
