  • I enjoy meeting new people and working on developing my own skills

  • programme is structured well to include lots of new learning opportunities and study days work well with one set day off a week

  • Quite supportive with my work, however often have high expectations which can be challenging. They are supportive with my studying and any help I need with exams

  • Little support after the online course has finished, often feel like I am left in the dark to understand concepts

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Some courses are very relevant to my role and have helped me understand systems better and make improvements however others are completely new to me and I currently cannot apply to a situation when I am working

  • Often social activities in the week and there is a new team formed to create sports events. Office vs Office footballs matches are very popular

  • Yes

  • Employees are all very friendly and welcoming. It is a great place to start your working career surrounded by supportive colleagues.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Unilever?
  • Try to gain some work experience in the sector you are applying for. This is a great topic to talk about in the interview process. E.g. how you found the work experience, the things you liked as often Unilever will try to accommodate this in your apprenticeship
