    • Currently its written work but there are practical elements every so often

    • I've become better at communicating and my confidence has increased been the main things. But I have learnt how to use CAD systems like inventor

    • It's a great program although there have been some issues with communication between staff and apprentices

    • My program is brand new so there have been a lot of issues but they are fixing them

    • I personally get quite a lot although this is about 4 months late but it's slowly getting put in place

    • The support is good if you can get the correct people although it's a little patchy in places

    • I think it will help a lot with the apprenticeship although I think it could have been structured slightly different

    • Not really I can't think of anything

    • The benefits to working there far out way the issues they have

    • Be honest in interviews and make sure it's something you will enjoy if not it's probably not for you
