  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am a shared resource between the Admin and EHS departments. I do about 80% work with the health and safety team including basic management of the EHS reporting system, audit support, communications and other duties as required. In Admin I spend time on the Switchboard desk answering phone calls and directing visitors.

  • The college course is good. I think the structure in the Admin department needs some work as I Felt like a third wheel a lot at first. Since my new manager in EHS has started though I have been given a great framework to work in, with regular updates and check ins.
