  • I think the programme is good that it changes placements every few months. I think the programme is good.

  • The projects we do at college help with the learning at work, I think they both reinforce eachother; work helps with college work and college work helps with work.

  • Extra curricular activities such as expos and conferences (Professional working events) Also allowed to volunteer 2 days a year for a charity

  • Lots of support and benefits with the company, lots of training programmes available, learn lots of new skills.

  • Present leadership skills and the skills you would show when on the apprenticeship scheme.
