  • I have become confident in speaking to strangers and learning how to make there experience special. I have gained managerial experience.

  • I enjoy learning new things it keeps my brain ticking. I just hate doing the maths exams.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • We had some problems at first with being put on the wrong corse. Then being told I didn't need to sit a math exam but then having to sit it due to error when being signed up. We got on track but lost alot of time. I like the odea I can just crack on in my own time log on as and when I want.

  • As much or as little as needed.

  • Very supportive in getting results

  • Yes we enjoy a gathering but I work alot of weekends so it's manly to daytime workers that can go. Would be nice for more fun social events as a team

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • You fall in love with the company. Iv been there nearly 10 years and I can't imagine being anywhere else. We become a family and it's really sad when someone leaves.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Whitbread?
  • To be prepared to work hard but itl all be worth it. You'll gain friends for life and qualifications that will help you progress.
