    • Managing a team of 23 Roadside Technicians with help and support, whilst carrying out my own Roadside technician duties 50:50

    • I am hoping to learn new skills during the course, i've only just started. The opening sessions were good, with lots taken from it from the trainer, and from other colleagues.

    • It seems to be structured well and quite easy to follow
