  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Unfortauntely the online nature of the Cranfield programme, as well as disjointed leadership has left it feeling extremely dissatisfying, particulaly as the materials provided by Cranfield have been geared towards specific businessness as opposed to a general intake.

    4/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • This programme from Cranfield is fairly well structured, with generally appropraite content. It is the specific materials that are too heavily targetted towards other businesses.

    6/10

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Mott Macdonald has been incredibly supportive in terms of study leave, and compensation throughout the course. Individuals are always ready to fill in for any roles or requirements of the apprenticeship.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provide has completed their role adequetely. However I believe the Cranfield course needs further development to be suitable for an open cohort.

    5/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Overall I feel the taught material is helpful to my role as a project leader, but unfortauntely I feel I am placing more value on it's value as an acredited certificate rather than the taught material itself, particularly with this Cranfield course.

    6/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Plenty, it's a fantastic place to work and get involved with sports and social.

    8/10

  • 9a. Would you recommend Mott MacDonald to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Despite my issues with the course provider, Mott Macdonald has been incredibly supportive throughout the process and looked after me while I complete this course.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mott MacDonald?
  • Be friendly and (reasonably) talkative. Everyone is hapy to offer help and being honest about what you can offer but where you need support is a very well valued.
