    • I manage budget for the 3PL logistics network at Costa Coffee and manage the continuous improvement programme to unlock efficiencies

    • I have a better understanding of the academic expectations and have developed my critical thinking and analysis. We are now starting to go through moe Supply Chain theory and I have already gained some insight into procurement models

    • The content is becoming more enjoyable however the workload is starting to become more difficult to manage

    • The programme is structured well however the level of input required and time required is underestimated

    • Support is getting better but remains difficult to manage workload and apprenticeship
