  • General Manager for a number of sites both permanent and on secondment

  • The knowledge I gained further supported my role giving me the back support for policies, health and safety etc.

  • It was bite sized easy to navigate and I could complete at my own pace

  • The programme is set out so you can tackle each month separately or jump ahead. Easy sectioned so your able to keep track of your own learning with support from your coach with regular check in and help where needed

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • More designated time for learning, I found a lot of time I was trying to complete around my job even though I was gaining OTJH I did struggle to complete section on time.

  • My coach was always on hand to keep me on track and set out clear objectives that were easy to complete.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It supports my role with further knowledge, not overall role but definitely the legal side of things.

  • We have numerous groups that you can join, men’s/womens network for example.

  • Yes

  • They will support you in ways you wouldn’t think and are constantly evolving to make the workplace better for all.

  • Jump into things that are offered or knock on doors someone always answers.
