  • My role heavily relies on reporting of the business and creating reports to show performances of our brokers. We look to spot where performances could be improved and engage with the right people to help resolve them.

  • Through my apprenticeship i have learnt lots new skills. A major skill is communication and learning how to speak to new people of different ages. I have gained the confidence to initiate calls, meeting and questions to help me develop.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the supportive learning that assists my full time role in my industry. This is incredibly helpful because it compliments my learning when revising for exams and coursework.

  • We have a clear plan and structure to complete the program on time and successfully. Davies is also really helpful and supportive in conducting reviews and helping us stay on plan

  • We have lots of support from my team and manager. They always ask to support me in anyway, and respect the time i have given to revise and do apprenticeship work

  • We recieve lots of support, through regular checkups and performance reviews

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Allows me to work on time management, as they supported me in organizing time allocation for work and apprenticeship work

  • I am involved in the AON netball team and there is always projects to get involved in
