  • Somewhat, there is not enough support or communication. Expectations are far beyond what is realistic whilst also working fulltime.

  • Not very, once you begin you are very much left alone. If you raise concerns they are not dealt with.

  • Not enough.

  • Good support, however the tasks they ask you to complete often have 0 relevance to your role or industry and seem a waste of time.

  • Yes very helpful.

  • Unless you are in London office, there isn't much going on in terms of extra curricular

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Although there are some issues with the Programme, over all Aon are a great employer. The work life balance is great and everyone is kind and friendly. Chances for exposure are there.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aon?
  • 100% do it it is so worth it. Ask loads of questions and get stuck in. Everyone is supportive and will help you where they can.
