  • I work on various pension schemes for different clients and help trustees provide the best advice to the members of the scheme.

  • I have had a chance to work on my communication skills and team working skills as well as developing my soft skills such as IT and time management.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Due to the nature of the work I am involved in many different things at the same time which has helped me learn a lot and enjoy the programme. Being involved in many different things keeps the work life exciting as you are still learning something new everyday.

  • The dates for workshops/reviews are set on the learning platform as well as our weekly work dates. So, the structure is perfect and helps me keep on top of my work.

  • Everyone is extremely helpful on any questions i have - apprenticeship or work related. We also get time off to study before exams.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutor is extremely helpful and ready to answer any questions I have. Happy to have calls and discuss goals together.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It is providing me with a better understanding of how the consultancy business works and helps me I can apply that to my work.

  • Yes, we have work socials as a way to get to know each other more. We also have work lunches and networking sessions with other offices too to help us expand our network.
