  • Aon has been very supportive throughout my apprenticeship so far, they have helped me develop my professional qualifications and gain better experience within the insurance industry.

  • organisation and communication skills

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my programme as it has helped me network with other people and improve on my own interpersonal skills.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme structure is good however, the exams do take up a lot of time which each manager will need to allow in order for us to pass our exams. This can be challenging for the busier teams or at certain times of the year.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • We get on going support throughout the year from our early careers team and managers within our teams. This has been very helpful as they have guided me throughout my apprenticeship.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support we have received has improved compared to the start of our apprenticeship with Davies as we now have a really nice coach to guide us.

  • Yes

  • Aon has a really positive culture that has been very welcoming and supportive as an apprenticeship, i have been able to build positive working relationships.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aon?
  • I would advise people to look into the different teams and solutions that Aon provide as there is such a wide range of teams that you could go into.
