  • Supporting Client Service Advisors with renewals for clients, talking to clients day-to-day to assist with any queries, admin tasks etc.

  • Public speaking, excel skills (new). Essay writing for exams (existing)

  • I enjoy the programme as I can see clear career goals and get to learn on the job. However the exams are quite difficult to complete at such an early stage in my career.

  • It is very well structured and organized, but the timings are quite aspirational in terms of completing the exams quickly.

  • Lots of support is available!

  • If you ask you can receive 1-to-1 support with modules for exams you are struggling with, so the support is good.

  • I think it helps to give me technical knowledge, which makes my role easier to understand.

  • I am involved in the charity committee for my office which I really enjoy, and I am also part of the pride alliance group.

  • It is a very supportive environment and there are good career options. The culture is great and I think the people that work here are so lovely!
