  • My day to day tasks include working closely with the broker and creating documents for clients to show they are on cover

  • The tasks set by Davies were really tedious and sometimes it took about 5 months for my work to be marked. Everything to do with Aon was amazing the only downfall was the Davies platform

  • With Aon the programme is really well structured however it is isn't very organisaed

  • There is so much support which my employer offer to me

  • Not a lot of support was given. I found it hard to get in to contact with my coach where i wasn't get a response. Also it takes about 5 months for work to be marked by the training provider

  • It has given me the confidence to grow and develop my career
