    • I work as a TA in a secondary school and support in lessons and facilitate interventions.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

    • Through my training I have learnt more about safeguarding, the curriculum and behaviour. In my day to day I have learnt how to best support students education in and outside of lessons. I have improved in confidence and public speaking.

    • I enjoy my job as I learn new things everyday and get to learn more about what I do day to day through my apprenticeship training.

    • My manager and tutor are always very easy and quick to contact and communicate well with my manager on site.

    • My employer is always available to text, call, email or meet whenever i have any questions and is very supportive.

    • My tutor meets with me regularly to help with my assignments and practice for my end point assesment.

    • My qualification helps me to know and understand what I am doing in my job and supports me to be more effective in my role.
