  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am a teaching assistant at a primary school. I work across the whole of year 4 alongside other year groups. I also deal with behaviour management which is a great experience also intervention sessions with different ages in Ks1 and ks2

  • I have learnt a lot of new skills such as behaviour management SEN strategies safeguarding procedures and all sorts of different skills which was a great opportunity

  • I enjoy it a lot! I feel excited to come in to work everyday and it boosts my confidence and communication skills with other staff members.

  • Very organised and well structured!

  • My employers support very much. Whenever I need help they are always there to help me and guide me through my apprenticeship. they are very kind and supportive which makes me feel comfortable and would definitely recommend to other people who are looking to do a similar role or different role to me

  • I receive a lot of support. They are very well structured and organised with the coursework they provide and whenever help is needed they get back to you as soon as possible and amend any problems or issues i may have

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have learnt extra knowledge and gained new experiences with the help of my placement and the coursework provided from my training provider. It makes me feel more confident and i am able to apply what i have learnt to my everyday role as a Teaching assistant

  • They have award ceremonies, sport events and clubs

  • I have already recommended INSPIRE ATA to a few of my friends and family members as they are very helpful and have a range of options and apprenticeship available


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Inspire ATA Ltd.?
  • Having some kind of work experience beforehand even if it’s only a few weeks, just to help you start up. But if you have no experience that’s also fine because Inpire Ata will be there from the start to help you gain the experience and give u many opportunities as well.
