  • Performance Leader - Responsible as a line manager for team of roadside patrols and continuous performance improvements. Various responsibilities including Admin, performance, H&S compliance and day to day operational needs. Role also includes 50% roadside work.

  • Self study and time planned in regularly. Monthly sessions with executive coach planned in advance.

  • Brilliant support and my manager is on hand to assist whenever required.

  • I have worked here for a while and the AA is a lifestyle to me. The opportunities throughout these years and the learning I have had available to me make it a great place to work.
