    • I am a Performance Leader i currently look after a team of 24 RSS Patrols my roll is to constantly improve there performance by supporting them in there day to day job roll i oversee all aspects of there employment from annual leave to behavioral corrective action

    • It is well structure, the organisational side as been a bit up and down this due to the changes of trainers
