I am responsible for bring the all of the activity being delivered by my team into a single view i.e., Plan on a Page. Arrange all the team activity daily meetings, workshops organise the work space we save and communicate everything from.
I have learnt how important engagement and communication is when delivery change within an organisation. Also how being organised myself helps my team collectively delivery their goals
Being a mature student, I have enjoyed the chance to still learn and grow and a person not just within the role I do at Homebase!
It has been a very well organised programme to work through and all time highlight social issues that are very thought provoking along the way
My line manager has been extremely supportive, and Homebase in general are trying to encourage more team members to take up the opportunity to learn
We connect on a monthly basis, but I know if I needed anything in-between these session that they would be available for support
I have noticed a difference in both my approach and thinking when doing a piece of work now that I would not have been doing prior to starting this apprenticeship
