  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • This is my biggest issue, I am commuting by train every day which is very expensive, if I were to relocate closer to my office that would be just as expensive if not more, as a result half my pay is gone before I've even looked at it. I feel our pay is not adequate, especially given other similar apprenticeships pay a lot more.

    3/10

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • There are opportunities for things such as charity runs, enterprise competitions, and football tournaments, which are a good opportunity to meet other people and build up a network.

    8/10

  • 9. Would you recommend CGI to a friend?
  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • I would recommend it if the pay was more inline with other Level 4 apprenticeships, however sadly as it stands I cant.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to CGI?
  • Find a cheap way of getting to work, enjoy programming.
