My role involves processing and handling customer enquires and data. I help the offshore wind farms get the PPE they need and all the gear they need to.
yes i have developed my know leg on products and customer relations
i have enjoyed thsi programme massively as its really gonna help me progress further in my carer.
it is very well structured as I'm able to get help when needed and i know what to do and when to do it by.
i received massive support and they helped me have time to complete the course as well as teach me the way of sales.
i received massive help and support as they was always avaialbe when needed.
it has helped tune those details that i would normally get if i went straight into the role.
