I am a business administrator apprentice, I am currently learning how to complete reports for our specific customers/clients. I work on varies reports that range from orderbanks to fines! I also have to complete coursework, as it helps me learn more about Zenith.
I have learned how to effectively communicate with my co-workers; as well as how different reports work and what the customer needs from the report in question. I have also developed my IT skills, as I have learned about new websites such as Autoweb.
I have enjoyed the programme quite a lot! I liked meeting other apprentices and going on trips/socials.
I think that the programme is pretty well organised, as we have been provided with mentors/coaches and given learning resources.
I receive a lot of support from my employer! She has helped me by providing me with advice when needed.
I receive a good amount of support from my training provider, he has helped me understand questions that I was confused by.
It has helped me to gain a better understanding of Zenith.
I've gotten involved in social events that my team have hosted.
